Went to work for Duke Power Co. on December
18 1964 and stayed with them for 35 years. Married my high school
sweetheart, Elizabeth, in May 1965. May of this year we will celebrated 45
years together. We have a son and daughter who has blessed us with five
beautiful grandchildren. We retired in 1999 and have been in cruise mode ever since. I worked for a year after retirement building wheel chair ramps and repairing homes for disabled folks. I am proud to be a Marine, but especially proud to have been associated with such a great group. Semper Fi, Larry
