1961- Communication Tech School at Corry Field Pensacola Florida 1961-1963 - Karamursel Air Station, Turkey. Spent 4 months TAD at Herzo Base, Germany. 1963-1964 - Marine Corps Air Station, Kaneohe, Hawaii. Spent 2 months TAD on the USS Bon Home Richard carrier CVA 31 and 4 months at Phu Bai, Vietnam. After I got out I worked as a residential commercial painter for 13 years. Then I worked for 15 years in the plant modification department at the Trojan Nuclear Power Plant in Oregon. When they closed the plant I went to work in the maintenance department at the James River Paper Mill plant at Halsey Oregon. My wife of 43 years, Phyllis and I are retired and enjoying the good life with our son and daughter's families, including 4 grandkids.
